Our Ex-Perforated metal manufacturing process is scrap free with no material loss. When choosing your product, you have the option of either a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional appearance of perforated stainless steel, with up to four different views in 3-D. Our Ex-Perforated stainless steel is strong and can be annealed to improve its formability for ease of fabrication. Also, control of light, sound, air, gas, and liquid and access can all be designed into the applications.

For corrosion resistance, lower alloyed grades of Ex-Perforated stainless maintains greater resistance in atmospheric and pure water environments. Higher alloyed grades resist corrosion in most acids, alkaline solutions, and chlorine bearing environments.
