Ex-Perforated Aluminum Production Process
The Niles Ex-Perforated process is a more cost-efficient solution than traditional perforated aluminum while meeting or exceeding performance specifications. Niles Ex-Perforated products are produced from an efficient slit and stretch process that has no wasted material or scrap, resulting in a reduction in material usage. Available in both sheet and coil, the patterns of the resulting openings can take the form of multiple shapes and sizes to fit your specifications. Aluminum has a high strength to weight ratio and is a versatile and aesthetically attractive material which is available in most aluminum grades.
Ex-Perforated Aluminum Production Process
The Ex-Perforated manufacturing process leaves no scraps and no material is lost. The manufacturing process also increases overall toughness of the material. Aluminum is exceptionally lightweight as it is approximately 1/3 of the weight of stainless steel and has excellent corrosion resistance. Ex-Perforated aluminum mesh is ductile and can be supplied corrugated. Our aluminum mesh is also available in a 2-dimensional or 3-dimensional appearance, which offers up to four different views to choose from. The mesh can be custom designed for specific applications to impact features such as access control, light transmission, sound dampening and the flow of air, gas and liquid. Finishes include anodizing or powder coating.
