At Niles, we always are looking to increase our ability to increase efficiency, safety and expand our product line. Our customers will continue to receive high-quality expanded metal that is made in a state-of-the-art facility. Some of our recent and in process improvements from our Industrial Products Division include:
- Full mechanical rebuilds:

- Bender 190T fully automated sheet fed 10 ft. work center.
- Soenen 500T fully automated sheet and coil fed 10 ft. work center.
- Ground up rebuild and modernization of our Clearing/USI 600T sheet fed 12 ft. work center.
- Installation of a new Brück 250T sheet and coil fed 10 ft. work center. Automated sheet loading coming in 2022.
New 96-1 190T 8FT Bender Frame at Manufacturer
- Purchase of a new Bender 190T sheet and coil fed 8 ft. work center with automated sheet loading. Due for operation May 2022.
- Planned rebuild of our Bender 8 ft sheet fed work center. New sheet loading added in 2022.
- Rebuild of our 6 ft. Lewis flattening work center.
- Purchase of and 5 ft. Mesta flattening work center for flattening of stainless steel and titanium to be installed 2023.
- Purchase of and planned investments in new material handling equipment for improved processing our security and fence products.
NExT Precision and Aerospace divisions expansion and investments include:
- New flattener due April 2022 for our Precision Division 750mm expand line.
- New 5 ft flattening work center.
- NExT Precision is now fully ready for sheet and coil fed products from 1500mm to 620mm.
- NExT Aerospace is adding a 500mm twin feed line for production of foils for Battery and Fuel Cells.
- NExT Aerospace is upgrading current 1000 and 400mm coil lines with next generation production capabilities.
